Amazon has now joined Best Buy and GameStop as yet another retailer offering exclusive pre-order costume DLC for Bravely Second. We don’t have a picture just yet, but you’ll receive the Al-Khampis Costume Set.

Best Buy previously revealed the Gathelatio Costume Set as its pre-order bonus, which will also be available with reservations on the eShop. If you go with GameStop, you’ll be provided with the Caldisla Costume Set.

Nintendo is sending out a new email to customers in North America about Miitomo, My Nintendo, and the new web shop. If you were a former Club Nintendo member in North America, you may find a little bonus inside.

In the section about My Nintendo, you should see a code to redeem My Nintendo Platinum Points as someone who used the old rewards program. This will net you 200 bonus points. Just make sure to redeem the code here by May 31 at 11:59 PM PT / June 1 at 2:59 AM ET.

IGN recently had the opportunity to speak with Nintendo’s Bill Trinen about Miitomo, Nintendo’s future on mobile, and My Nintendo.

First, here’s what Trinen had to say about Miitomo and keeping the app updated going forward:

“Our development team is looking at it very much as just the initial release. They do have plans to continue to update. They’ll probably start by looking at how people are playing with Miitomo and how they’re interacting with it. But I think they’re looking at a couple of different ways that Miitomo will grow over time.”

“Certainly some of the updates are the addition of new outfits or new versions of the Miitomo drop mini-game, which you play using game tickets. You can even see, on the simpler side, updates to the questions you’re asked. But I also think they’re going to be looking longer term at the opportunity to do bigger updates that might add in new features and expand the experience.”

Road Redemption was thought to be heading to Wii U since the game’s original Kickstarter days. Unfortunately, it’s now uncertain if we’ll be seeing this one on the eShop.

The game’s developer wrote the following in a Kickstarter update today:

Hey guys, here is some clarification on Wii-U. Anyone who backed for Wii-U can definitely choose to receive a PS4 or Xbox One copy instead when those versions become available (or Steam version now). We have definitely not ruled out a Wii-U release, however due to the current complexity of the game and the weak hardware of the Wii-U, it will take a tremendous amount of optimization to make it happen. This would have to happen after PS4 and Xbox One versions are complete.

If we receive any clarify about the situation, we’ll let you know. It’d be a huge bummer if a Wii U version didn’t happen at this point.

Nintendo’s North American website is now updated to show the new interface for its game store. Access it here.

It’s now easier than ever to buy a game from Nintendo’s website and have it download to your system. Even better, your eShop balance can be used during the purchase process. Things are much more intuitive than they used to be!

All first print-copies of Pokken Tournament come with a Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card. But what if you purchased the game on the eShop? Good news! You’re entitled to a card as well.

There’s a series of steps involved, but you should be able to nab Shadow Mewtwo by following instructions outlined on Nintendo’s support site.

Here’s the full rundown:

Earlier today, Nintendo announced that the DSi Shop will be closing at this time next year. The company has now posted an official FAQ that may clear up any questions you have about its discontinuation. Head past the break to read it in full.
