Cube Life: Survival Island version 1.1 out on December 22 in North America

Cube Life: Island Survival’s long-awaited 1.1 update finally has a release date in North America. Through Facebook, developer Cypronia confirmed that the patch has been scheduled for December 22.
The message reads:
We know release date for US version. The Update v1.1 is coming on December 22nd in North America. FINALLY!

Amazon Germany are now taking pre-orders for the next round of Animal Crossing amiibo. Reserve Resetti, Celeste, Kicks, Blathers through this link.
For those looking to pre-order from a U.S. retailer, reservations probably won’t be going up until January.

Original (11/20): Next month, Kadokawa and ASCII Media Works are publishing Xenoblade Chronicles X: The Secret File Art of Mira in Japan. This is slated for December 25 with a 3,240 price point. It’s up on Amazon Japan here.
All sorts of goodies are included in the softcover art book. It contains official publicity art, unpublished setting material, storyboards and other planning material.
New trailer introduces the Mythical Pokemon Volcanion

Following CoroCoro’s coverage, the Mythical Pokemon Volcanion has been officially revealed. The creature was shown in a new trailer today, which you can watch below.
Here’s an official overview of Volcanion:
“Unlike any Pokémon discovered before it, this Pokémon is both Fire and Water type. It uses fire and water to create steam within its body, expelling explosive shock waves and boiling steam from the arms on its back. The power is said to be great enough to blow away an entire mountain, gouging out the earth and changing the shape of the land.”
Volcanion can’t be encountered through regular gameplay. We’ll be hearing more about the Pokemon soon.

Assassination Classroom: Assassin Training Plan in the works for 3DS

Assassination Classroom: Assassin Training Plan is in development for 3DS, Bandai Namco announced today.
Players become students of Class 3-E in the game. They’ll be spending time in school from entrance to graduation while attending school events, trying to kill Koro-sensei, and taking tests. It’ll be possible to train with Nagisa Shiota, take on missions with Karma Akabane, and enjoy communication among classmates.
Assassination Classroom: Assassin Training Plan is due out in Japan on March 24 for 5,700 yen. First-print copies will come with four 3DS themes and an in-game item.

If you’re in North America, you can pick up Onimusha Tactics right now. Its release in the states took place back in August.

Let’s Talk #33: What do you want to see from next week’s Smash Bros. presentation?
On Tuesday, Nintendo will be holding another Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS presentation. We know that this will be the final broadcast for these Smash Bros. titles, and we’ll be hearing more about Cloud. Nintendo has teased other information for the event, and we’ll almost certainly hear about the Smash Ballot. It should be pretty big given that this is the final Smash Bros. presentation!
So what are your last minute hopes for the stream? Is there any character you’re particularly pulling for? Is there a new stage you’d like to be added? Sound off in the comments below!

New site functionality
This post has been a looooong time coming. Since we put up the new version of Nintendo Everything towards the end of October, we’ve been working hard to bring in additional functionality/features as well as improvements. That’s finally been done, which is great, since this all nearly killed me. Let me talk about what’s new!
