Marvel’s Midnight Suns further delayed on Switch
Posted on 2 years ago by Nicolas in News, Switch | 0 comments
Marvel’s Midnight Suns had originally been revealed back in August of last year with a March 2022 release window, but ended up getting delayed to the second half of 2022. It seems that the developers still need a bit more time, as they’ve announced that the game will receive an additional delay.
The game is now set to release sometime this fiscal year on next-gen platforms (meaning it should release before March 2023 for those), while the Switch and accompanying older-gen versions will release sometime afterwards. The delay is owed to the team wanting to deliver the “best possible experience for everyone” and the title being “easily the biggest game [they]’ve ever made”, likely causing a few complications in its development.

Nearly three decades after the original release of Super Punch-Out!!, two new related cheat codes have been discovered for the game, including what’s essentially a hidden multiplayer mode.
The first cheat provides access to a free match mode. On the title screen, hold Y+R on the second controller, and then press A or Start on the first controller. After this, a different screen will appear instead or regular menus where you can select any character to fight a free single match. Interestingly, even fighters from Special Circuit are available.

Nintendo is actually great with open worlds
Posted on 2 years ago by Luiz in News | 0 comments
One of the most popular genres for games nowadays, is definitely “open world”. It’s probably the boldest style of level design out there, where each game is always trying to be bigger than the last one in hopes of impressing the player. However, it’s not easy to develop a massive game like this as a lot of the times we see developers failing to deliver a great experience.
In today’s video, I talk about Nintendo’s experience with the genre, discussing how they managed to successfully create some great open world experiences. You can find the video down below. Feel free to share your opinions about the topic in the comments as well.
Pac-Man live-action movie on the way
Posted on 2 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, News | 0 comments
We’ve seen a number of big gaming franchises go for the live-action movie approach, ranging from Pokemon with Detective Pikachu to Sonic the Hedgehog. Pac-Man is now apparently venturing into that space as well.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bandai Namco and Wayfarer Studios are teaming up on a live-action Pac-Man movie. Chuck Williams (Sonic the Hedgehog) of Lightbeam Entertainment has come up with an original idea for the film. Justin Baldoni, a co-founder of Wayfarer, will be producing along with Manu Gargi and Andrew Calof. Williams and Tim Kwok are also acting as producers on behalf of Lightbeam.
