After it originally debuted in Japan, Aksys Games is localizing Pretty Princess Party for the western market. Have a look at a new trailer below.
Pretty Princess Party is planned for December 3 in North America and Europe.
Remedy says Control wouldn’t exist on Switch without cloud tech, port was “not possible”

Control wouldn’t be possible on Switch without cloud streaming technology, according to Remedy Entertainment communications director Thomas Puha.
Puha told Nintendo Life that the team did “some due diligence on what it would take to produce a Switch port with an external partner, but deemed it not possible for a variety of reasons.” There were a number of factors at play, including technical, finance, and personnel roadblocks.

Silesia Games is bringing Piotr Powroziewicz’s 2D RPG Azurebreak Heroes to Switch, according to an eShop listing. The game’s release is planned for November 19.

Deep Silver and 5 Lives Studios have announced a series of updates for Winbound. The first patch is live on Switch, bringing the game to version 1.4.0.
Today’s update includes the new Witch Skin that enhances Kara’s abilities. There are also new Photo and Endless modes, improvements, and bug fixes.

Gunslugs releasing on Switch next week

The run and jump game Gunslugs made it to 3DS in 2016. If you never had the chance to experience the title then, you may be interested to hear that it’ll be on Switch very soon. It’s scheduled for release on November 3.

Monster Hunter Rise – Great Sword gameplay

Capcom has prepared a new gameplay video for Monster Hunter Rise that showcases the Great Sword with two Palamutes. The bird wyvern Aknosom, which is located in the Shrine Ruins, is also featured.

Ubitus working with “numerous industry-leading game developers” to bring more cloud streaming games to Switch

Games releasing on Switch in cloud form have existed for awhile. Resident Evil 7 is really one of the first titles that kicked things off, though it was only offered in Japan.
This week though, two more cloud games were announced for Switch. Control Ultimate Edition is already live on the eShop, with Hitman 3 to follow. Both are planned for multiple regions.

Retro Studios reportedly plans to move into new headquarters by next summer, hires veteran GTA producer

Data published by US sales intelligence firm Intelligence360 has revealed that Metroid Prime 4 developer Retro Studios intends to move into a new headquarters by next summer. The company is investing $500,000 in the custom 40,000 square feet office.
In other news, Marisa Palumbo joined Retro Studios earlier this month. Palumbo previously spent close to a decade at Rockstar Games having worked in production and as a producer on Grand Theft Auto IV and V, L.A. Noire, Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption, and Manhunt 2. More recently, she was with Blizzard’s Overwatch team for six years.
