Kadokawa Games announced today that their upcoming adventure game Root Film, the follow-up to Root Letter, will launch on April 23, 2020 in Japan. A Western release of the title was previously confirmed, but we don’t have a concrete release date for the West yet.

The next Story Event in Pokemon Masters has been announced. Titled “Two Champions”, it will feature Lance and Cynthia. There will be several singleplayer and co-op missions, and of course a Spotlight Scout where you can obtain Lance & Dragonite and Cynthia & Garchomp. A start date for the event hasn’t been officially announced yet, though prior information suggests the event will start on January 1st.
