Dead End Job has resurfaced with a brand new “Ghoul-B-Gone” trailer. We’ve included the latest video below.

We heard this week that Bandai Namco will be making a few announcements at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals next weekend. Today, the company began to tease some of the reveals in the pipeline.

The first thing fans can look forward to is the announcement of an entirely new game. Bandai Namco isn’t saying much at present, only stating that it’s some sort of action RPG. Platforms have yet to be announced, but the recent titles have been on Switch. It sounds like the mystery project is due out sometime this year.

The NES – Nintendo Switch Online app has received an update. Version 2.1.0 is out now, adding in the latest games as well as new SP versions (which were previously unannounced).

As a reminder, Blaster Master and Zelda II – The Adventure of Link are the newest additions. If you download the Japanese app, you can nab Joy Mecha Fight as well.

Ninja Master’s is due out on Switch this week as the system’s latest NeoGeo game, Hamster has announced. A release is planned for January 17 worldwide.

Hamster passed along the following overview:

Japanese daily Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun conducted an interview with Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa, which was published today. Furukawa primarily commented on sales, but some other things as well.

First, Furukawa officially confirmed that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate sold five million copies worldwide in its first week. Additionally, Switch is the home console seeing the fastest software sales so far in Nintendo’s history. The system’s sales began to increase in mid-November, which makes sense given the holiday period and the launch of Pokemon: Let’s Go. Switch is currently available in 60 countries.

Once again, Nintendo sees smartphone gaming as a pillar of earnings. Furukawa wants to land smartphone hits and publish multiple apps across multiple fields.

This week’s Famitsu review scores are as follows:

It appears that Cattle Call — the developers of such titles as The Alliance Alive and the Metal Max series — is currently developing an unannounced Switch game.

According to the company’s official website, the Nintendo Switch is now listed under the heading of “Platforms Developed For”. It is believed that this could be referring to either an original game or a co-developed title for the hybrid console.

It is unclear at this time if this new project may be related to a title that the company has previously worked on or ported.
