Nintendo has been actively fostering the Splatoon 2 competitive community ever since the game launched. Their latest effort went live today: a Splatoon 2 community site that allows players to create teams, look for squadmates and take part in tournaments. This is a collaboration with Toornament, a dedicated eSport organization platform.
At the moment, this seems to be a service exclusively for European players, as the only tournament listed at the moment is the “Splatoon 2 EU Community Cup #1” on January 13th; also, the team finding service only offers help for players living in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

During the New Year’s Tidings: Fortune from Afar raid event period in Dragalia Lost, an issue has been reported that omits a reward drop during one of the boss fights.
As reported by users, the bug occurs during the fight against Shishimai. Upon destroying one of its limbs, a reward is supposed to be dropped. However, if the enemy goes into a Break or Overdrive state at the same time, no reward is dropped.
Since this report, Cygames has acknowledged that they will not be able to fix the issue by the time the event is over. As such, they will be offering a log-in bonus to players who participate in the event.

In the early ’90s, Capcom put out a Darkwing Duck title on the NES and Game Boy. Headcannon, one of the developers of Sonic Mania, was hoping to bring it back with a follow-up nearly three decades later. Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be.
Headcannon showed off a pitch today for an entirely new Darkwing Duck game. Capcom unfortunately didn’t accept the pitch, but there were some interesting ideas behind it like bringing on original writers and voice talent.
