Varion involves bouncing shots to destroy opponents. If you hit an opponent directly, they’ll only be stunned. Ammo is limited, and if you want to reload, you’ll need to move around the field.

A number of Splatoon 2 competitions have been taking place over the past few months to determine local champions from some of Europe’s key regions. These winners will now be battling it out at Polymanga’s grand stage in Switzerland to determine the Splatoon European Championship on March 31.

Also at the event, a special virtual concert will be held featuring Pearl and Marina from Off the Hook. They’ll be appearing onstage “to sing along to a series of tracks and perform their slickest choreographed moves, all accompanied by a live band.” This will take place before the Splatoon European Championship.

Nintendo will be sharing more information about the Splatoon European Championship leading up to the event.

The latest UK sales were reported earlier today. Following up on the initial news, we have some extra tidbits about FIFA 18 and Bayonetta 2 on Switch.

Regarding FIFA 18, sales saw a massive spike of 494% with physical sales. The reason? A heavy price cut. FIFA 18 was reduced to under £30 in the UK.

As for Bayonetta 2, we’re hearing that the game sold fewer physical copies at launch compared to Wii U. While it did place higher at #5 this week, it did so with a lower amount of units sold. However, one thing to note is that digital sales from the eShop are not included.
