As mentioned earlier today, Koi has joined the Switch eShop in Japan, and will be available in the west in the near future. Check out some footage in the video below.

Fictiorama Studios, in partnership with BadLand Games, has announced that the dystopian adventure game Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today is coming to Switch. The game promises “a dark, atmospheric storyline set in a dystopian future” with “many plot twists, German Expressionism-inspired 2D art, and witty dialogue”.

Stardew Valley

Circle Entertainment published Koi on Wii U earlier this year. In Japan, the game was added to the Switch eShop today. It’s also coming west at some point soon. Note that the game takes up 452MB on Switch.

Overcooked: Special Edition’s performance on Switch was previously addressed with an update. However, the game has been improved further with another patch today.

Aside from giving Overcooked another performance enhancement, the game has added a Japanese language option. Japan will be getting the game on October 12.

Saber Interactive is cooking up the first DLC for NBA Playgrounds. It’s out on other platforms now, but “Hot N’ Frosty” will be on Switch soon.

The new DLC contains the new playgrounds Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, and Miami, each with their own tournament. The rookies Markelle Fultz, Jayson Tatum, Lonzo Ball, Josh Jackson, De’Aaron Fox, Dennis Smith Jr., Jonathan Isaac, and Malik Monk are also included. Pricing is set at $9.99.

Atooi has clarified its plans for Mutant Mudds on Switch. Later this year, the developer will be bringing Mutant Mudds Collection to the eShop.

Mutant Mudds Collection will feature both Mutant Mudds Deluxe and Mutant Mudds Super Challenge. The new puzzler Mudd Blocks is also included.

Back in July, Famitsu announced a Squid Fashion Contest for Splatoon 2. It was similar to what the magazine ran a couple of years ago with the original Wii U game.

Fans were asked to come up with ideas for pieces of gear. Following more than 1,000 submissions, the winners have been revealed.

After players created over 14,000 courses, Infinite Minigolf is receiving some free DLC. Players on Switch can access the pirate themed “Tortuga” expansion at no extra cost. It’s available as a free update.

The new DLC adds 172 new holes, course creator tools and a new set of tournaments. Here’s a brief overview:

Captain Salvador and his crew of buccaneers have many pirate inspired surprises while you play through the 108 holes across four brand new tournaments. Build your own pirate themed course using brand new tiles and pirate themed objects, and share them with the Infinite Minigolf community!
