About a month ago, we received confirmation that a demo for Oceanhorn is on the way. FDG Entertainment provided a status update on its release today.

Although there’s no specific date yet, the company said that its coming sometime in October. The demo has already been submitted for Nintendo’s approval.

Over on the official Twitter account, Nintendo posted an introduction for one of the rare Blades you’ll find in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. We have a look at Hotaru with some art and a brief clip.

Nintendo says that she fights while dancing with the ball shown in her clip. Kaori Ishihara voices the blade, while taiki is behind the design.

It’s the end of the week, which means another new weapon is coming to Splatoon 2. The Tenta Brella was announced in the Nintendo Direct two weeks ago and now we’re finally getting it. It will be available tomorrow at midday in Japan and Australia, early in the morning in Europe and late at night in North America. The Tenta Brella comes with the Squid Beakon sub-weapon and the Bubble Blower special.

The newest summoning focus for Fire Emblem Heroes is now available. This focus includes Azura, Oliva, Inigo, and Shigure. The focus will be available until October 30th. New paralogues are also available based around the characters.

The Super Mario Odyssey Japanese Twitter has shown off Mario fishing in a Lakitu body. Just another little adorable update from the Twitter.

Users part of Nintendo Creators Program are starting to receive e-mails stating that as part of new guidelines “You cannont broadcast content on YouTube Live from the account you have registered to the Nintendo Creators Program”. If you’re part of this program this might be a new hurdle you’ll have to deal with.

Nintendo just announced the Wii Shop Channel service will be ending on January 31st, 2019. You are able to add funds to the channel until March 27th, 2018. You will no longer be able to buy games through the Wii or the Wii U after this date.
