New site functionality

This post has been a looooong time coming. Since we put up the new version of Nintendo Everything towards the end of October, we’ve been working hard to bring in additional functionality/features as well as improvements. That’s finally been done, which is great, since this all nearly killed me. Let me talk about what’s new!

A Wii U rating for the first Super Mario Galaxy has appeared on the ESRB. Based on that information, we could be seeing an eShop release soon as a Wii download.

Wii U owners in Japan have had access to Super Mario Galaxy since late May. While the second entry is out in all territories, the original one has yet to come west.

It might be tough to track down a retail copy of Devil’s Third in North America. On Amazon, it’s already unavailable. Same thing goes for Best Buy.

The situation is similar at GameStop as well. We’ve been hearing that those looking for a copy in-store have had difficulty doing so. Destructoid has also heard that GameStop’s online stock consists of just 420 copies for the entire country.

Given all of this, you may want to pick up Devil’s Third soon if you have any interest. It’s in stock on GameStop’s website right now, but that could change soon.

Splatoon’s latest European Splatfest just concluded about an hour ago. The results are now in, revealing that the team which doesn’t prefer pineapples on pizza prevailed.

Anti-Pineapple gained higher percentages in both votes and wins. Edges in both areas propelled them to a total score of 386, compared to Pro-Pineapple’s 314 points.
