This week’s issue of Famitsu reveals a new DLC quest for Final Fantasy Explorers. By purchasing the magazine, players will receive a code to unlock the quest. The Lance of Kain – a special weapon resembling the one used by Kain in Final Fantasy IV – will be awarded to those who gather all materials.

It was previously revealed that another quest can be unlocked through a code included in the latest issue of the Final Fantasy Magazine. This nets players the Chocobo Hammer upon completion.

FuRyu is working on Future Card Buddyfight for the 3DS. No details have been shared at present, but you can find a teaser site here.

For those unaware, Future Card Buddyfight started out as a card game. An anime based on the franchise aired in Japan this year.

Another scan for Another One Piece: Super Grand Battle! X has popped up online, confirming new Nintendo costumes for the game through amiibo. They are as follows:

Nami – Wii Fit Trainer
Franky – Donkey Kong
Brook – Marth
Chopper – Kirby
Usopp – Yoshi
Nico Robin – Samus

Bandai Namco will kick off amiibo support for One Piece: Super Grand Battle! X sometime this winter.

The Virtual Console ratings just keep on rolling in. First up is Contra Advance: The Alien Wars EX, which has been rated in Australia and should be coming to Wii U as a Virtual Console download. Donkey Kong Land has also been rated by the ESRB in North America – look out for that one on 3DS soon.

Grezzo was the main developer behind The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. So it only makes sense that the studio would be put in charge of Majora’s Mask 3D as well.

Most people expected that this was the case, though now we have an official confirmation.  A rating from Australia lists Grezzo as the developer of Majora’s Mask 3D.

There’s been some vague talk about the possibility of Gunman Clive 2 hitting this year, but it now officially looks like the game will launch in 2015. Creator Bertil Hörberg took to Twitter today and confirmed that his title passed the final lot check testing in North America, but it’s too late for it to release this year. Gunman Clive 2 will now likely arrive simultaneously in both North America and Europe sometime in 2015.
