Smash Bros. 3DS contains a reference to Reggie’s “My body is ready” meme
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News, Random | 2 Comments
Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime has had plenty of memorable moments over the past decade. There is, of course, his grand debut at E3 2004. Reggie will also always be remembered for his now-famous line from a Wii Fit presentation at E3 2007: “My body is ready”.
This is something Nintendo has decided to recognize in the latest Smash Bros. game on 3DS. After collecting the different custom outfits in the game, you’ll be presented with the image above. Random no doubt, but it’s a pretty great inclusion on Nintendo’s part!

Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine Maiden has some unlockable outfits. And they’re quite risque, to say the least.
Head past the break for screenshots. You’ve been warned!
Smash Bros. 3DS glitch results in huge characters

A new glitch has been discovered in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS that results in the creation of huge characters. By playing as Yoshi in Multi-Man smash and continuously laying eggs, enemies will become bigger and bigger.
The glitch does not work in any other mode. Also, your opponent can be a character other than Yoshi.
Wii U version of Bayonetta 1 makes a small change to Jeanne’s model

There are a few differences in the Wii U version of Bayonetta 1 compared to the original PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 games. There’s off-TV play and touchscreen support on the GamePad. A few Nintendo costumes are also included. As it turns out, PlatinumGames also made a change to Jeanne’s model.
As explained by the studio’s JP Kellams:
So much for Digital Foundry: they missed the biggest difference between the 360 and Wii U versions of Bayo. We fixed Jeanne’s chest size.

Kamiya wasn’t happy with the original model (chest was too big), so we made it smaller, like the concept art. 🙂

Nintendo wanted Danny DeVito to star in the Super Mario Bros. film

Bob Hoskins played Mario in the notorious Super Mario Bros. film from 1993. However, it sounds like Nintendo was originally seeking Danny DeVito for the role.
Take a look at this article from January 1991, which was shared by Console Wars author Blake J. Harris:
