Update: Nintendo has reverted the song title to its original name from last week. Make of that what you will.
Original: You may recall that, last week, Nintendo shared a new Smash Bros. Ultimate music. The last piece added to the site was a Galaga medley.
Fast forward a week later, and the title of that medley has been updated. No one can say why at the moment, but it may very well point to a brand new character – who could be revealed tomorrow.

Even though the US website for Spyro the Dragon only lists the upcoming Reignited Trilogy for PlayStation and Xbox, the UK site also features PC and Switch. Strangely, the Switch is even listed twice!
Spyro the Dragon has a release date of September 21, 2018, for PlayStation and Xbox. Obviously, there’s no release date set for the unannounced Switch version, assuming it’s real.

Rumor: Switch version of Dragon Quest XI will have content not in the PS4 version
Posted on 6 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Rumors, Switch | 0 comments
Square Enix’s 38th annual meeting of stockholders took place in Japan last week. During the event, the company apparently commented on the Switch version of Dragon Quest XI once again. One person who attended claims Square Enix stated that the Switch version of Dragon Quest XI will have content not found in the PlayStation 4 version.
At this time, an official transcript of the event has not been published. That means we only have the vague tweet to go by currently.
Despite being one of the first games confirmed for the system, Dragon Quest XI is still not out on Switch. Furthermore, Square Enix has yet to show the game on Nintendo’s console. Producer Hokuto Okamoto previously explained why it was announced so early.

Rumor: Nintendo’s Quality of Life project might be dead
Posted on 6 years ago by Matt(@OnePunchMaz) in General Nintendo, Rumors | 0 comments
Nintendo’s Quality of Life project has been in the works for quite some time now – it was first mentioned at an investors’ meeting all the way back in 2014. However, other than some patents and a couple of mentions at investors’ meetings over the years, we haven’t actually seen anything concrete. The last mention was in July of last year during Nintendo’s annual report. However, it now seems that Nintendo’s Quality of Life project might be dead, or at the very least hit a significant roadbump.
After the Pokemon announcements last week, Nintendo’s shares rose got a large bump, but today they dropped significantly (by 5%). Dr. Serkan Toto speculates that this might be because of a report by business newspaper Nikkei, which states that the Quality of Life project might be dead because Nintendo’s hardware partner Panasonic withdrew from the project in March.
As always, take reports like this with a grain of a salt. However, this would explain Nintendo’s silence and seeming lack of progress on the project. Perhaps we will hear something concrete at Nintendo’s next investors’ meeting.

The image above was posted on 4chan, which is where most are referencing as the rumor’s origin. However, a PR printing company and LA print shop employee may be involved here. The document could very well be a part of E3 showroom display planning.

Rumor: Persona Q2 assets possibly unearthed through datamine of Persona dancing games
Posted on 6 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, Rumors | 0 comments
Atlus announced Persona Q2 for 3DS last August. Little information was shared at the time, and that still holds true today. Atlus’ Kazuhisa Wada did at least say this week that the team is still “hard at work” on the game.
As Atlus continues to remain quiet, some Persona Q2-related assets may have been uncovered from the PlayStation dancing music / rhythm games Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night and Persona 5: Dancing Star Night. Images were datamined, possibly showing what Persona 5 characters may look like in the 3DS game.
