A couple of weeks back, a “Legendaries” trailer for Pokemon Sun/Moon was released in Japanese. The English equivalent is now online, and we have it below.

Splatoon has been a huge success, especially in Japan, and with that came the inevitable deluge of all kinds of merchandise – including a Splatoon-themed “candy kit” which allows you to make your own gummy candies in the shape of various Splatoon characters. Unless you live in Japan you won’t be able to eat these delicious (?) Inklinks themselves, so a video will have to do:

If you’re curious about how Paper Mario: Color Splash ends, then Gamexplain has your back. They’ve uploaded the final boss fight from the game. It’s behind the break, to avoid spoilers:

The days of physical manuals are all but gone, but Paper Mario: Color Splash makes up for it with a rather neat digital one that can be accessed from the main menu. The manual itself is stylish, but it also includes things like the staff credits and even commentary from the developers.

We have footage of the manual, though we’re putting it after the break to be on the safe side with spoilers. The last couple of minutes contains developer comments which gets into later parts of the game.

Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 includes support for the Shovel Knight amiibo, allowing players to take on a specific battle with Yacht Club Games’ well-known indie character. View some footage of the fight below.

After speedrunner Kosmic had properly broken the world record for clear time in Super Mario Bros., it appears that he’ll have to give up his crown to fellow speedrunner Darbian, who has managed to break the previous record by 0.316 seconds.

Darbian’s time is 4:56.878, while the previous record was 4:57.194. Quite impressive, especially when you consider that Darbian has done what was previously only thought possible by a bot. You can watch the new world record below.
