It’s rare that we make a post about new 3DS themes in North America as they’re typically covered in our Nintendo Download post, but we are making one exception today. That’s because four Sonic themes are out now, and one is even free.

The theme pictured above, which is based on Sonic’s 25th anniversary, won’t cost you even a single penny. In addition to that, SEGA prepared the Sonic series: Boom Style, Sonic series: Classic Style, and Sonic series: Sonic Style themes. Each one costs $2, though you can also pick up a bundle of all three for $5.

Here’s a look at the non-anniversary themes:

One Piece: Great Pirate Colosseum just came out in Japan this week, and that means folks are starting to share a bunch of footage from the 2D fighter. You’ll find plenty of videos in the playlist below.

This week’s Famitsu contains another article on Monster Hunter Stories. Even though the game isn’t too far off, the preview coverage actually provides quite a number of new details. We have plenty of information about modes, StreetPass functionality, and more.

Tournament Mode is is an offline mode where players fight other Riders in a tournament format. There are two categories:

– Normal Tournaments, which can be accessed anytime
– Download Tournaments, which can be obtained as DLC

The next entry in the Mario Party series, Mario Party: Star Rush, will be released in Europe on October 7th and in North America on November 11th. If you’re still on the fence about the game and want to see some more footage, NintenDaan has got you covered. He uploaded a total of 9 videos with footage from the game; check out the ones in this post, including the ones past the break, and feel free to watch the rest on Daan’s Youtube channel, if you’re interested.

GameXplain just wrapped up a live stream a short while ago showing an hour of Yo-kai Watch 2 footage. Get a look at the full archive below.

Footage is starting to emerge from the final English build of Yo-kai Watch 2. To start out, view Bony Spirit’s opening and title screen below.

Bandai Namco officially announced Dragon Ball Fusions for the west earlier today, and GameSpot has now shared some off-screen footage from the English build. Watch it below.

This was to be expected based on the initial trailer and short localization, but Dragon Ball Fusions does not appear to have a dub. Bandai Namco is translating everything into English, though the voices will remain in Japanese.

This week’s Famitsu scans are now available. Highlighted games include Monster Hunter Stories and Pokemon Sun/Moon. Scans of both titles can be found below.
