Kirby: Planet Robobot director on Meta Knight, more story elements, music

Earlier today, the second “Kirby: Planet Robobot Ask-a-thon” was hosted on Miiverse. Just like last time, director Shinya Kumazaki took on several fan questions.
This week’s discussion has a lot of talk about Meta Knight and some story elements. There’s also a little bit on music, but that will be saved mostly for the next ask-a-thon.

More Wii U / 3DS maintenance taking place early next week

After undergoing maintenance last night, Wii U and 3DS will be affected by more downtime early next week. Both platforms are seeing maintenance for four hours on Monday / Tuesday. Online play, rankings, etc. will be affected.
The schedule is as follows:
– 3 PM PT (August 29) – 7 PM PT (August 29)
– 6 PM ET (August 29) – 10 PM ET (August 29)
– 11 PM in the UK (August 29) – 3 AM in the UK (August 30)
– 12 AM in Europe (August 29) – 4 AM in Europe (August 30)

Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball Heroes announced for 3DS, out in Japan this winter

Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball Heroes is in development for 3DS, Konami has revealed. The news was just made during a live stream announcement a few minutes ago.
This is the first ever entry in the Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball series for 3DS. It’s aimed for release this winter in Japan.
We’ll bring you more details when we have them.

Kirby: Planet Robobot’s website has updated with more concept art for the game, this time featuring the two mini modes, Team Kirby Clash and Kirby 3D Rumble. It shows off artwork and layouts for the stages, including two cut outfits for Team Kirby Clash, an archer and a pirate. Check it all out below:
