Gris dev says a physical version isn’t currently planned

One of the games listed on Special Reserve Games’ website is Gris. Based on that, it was widely assumed a physical version will be happening. Apparently that’s not the case after all.
Speaking with Ninty Gamer, Nomada Studio co-founder Roger Mendoza said: “There isn’t a really a physical edition planned, but we aren’t discarding the possibility either.”
Special Reserve Games is involved with physical releases for Digital Devolver products. If Gris isn’t receiving a boxed copy, it’s unclear why the title would have its own placement on the website.

Super Meat Boy Forever dev planning post-launch DLC, user-created levels
Posted on 6 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch eShop | 0 comments
Team Meat won’t be moving on from Super Meat Boy Forever after the game is released. Speaking with DualShockers, designer Tommy Refenes mentioned that the team has “some plans for DLC” that would consist of “substantial” new additions for it post-launch. Such DLC would intend to make the game’s levels “ridiculously hard”.
Something else in the works is a feature for user-created levels. However, this won’t be ready in time for launch. Refenes hasn’t elaborated on how the functionality will work just yet.

Xenon Racer dev weighs in on Switch version criticisms, promises improvements
Posted on 6 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 0 comments
Xenon Racer launched on various platforms a few days ago, including Switch. Unfortunately, the Switch version lags behind its other console counterparts when it comes to performance and visuals. Given the disparity between the launch trailer – which had been featured on the eShop – and the actual game, it felt like the game was not being advertised properly to potential buyers.
The good news is that the eShop trailer has been removed. Additionally, the team is working on a new Switch-specific video. Sales manager Jonathan Lowe has also promised that improvements are coming to improve the frame rate, reduce load times, and more.
