The new Switch version of Dragon Quest Builders will launch in Japan on March 1, Square Enix announced today. The news was just shared during the Dragon Quest Builders – Builders School Winter Course with Switch Version Demonstration at Jump Festa 2018.

Square Enix will be offering the following early purchase bonuses:

– Slime Eye and Slime Mouth recipes
– Slime Lamp recipe (Amazon Japan)
– King Slime Lamp recipe (Ion)

Nintendo will also be publishing Dragon Quest Builders on Switch in the west in Spring 2018. We wouldn’t be surprised if a release date was announced in the near future with a similar timeframe as the Japanese release.

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood was first created for Xbox One, and now it’s heading to Switch. Check out a video below showing how the two versions compare.

A new Legendary Pokemon can now be caught in Pokemon GO. Groudon has started to appear in Raid Battles around the world.

Keep in mind that this is a limited time event. Groudon will be appearing until 1 PM PT / 4 PM ET on January 15, and will then be taken offline.

Prospect Games has shared details about a new Unbox: Newbie’s Adventure patch planned for Switch. A number of improvements are being made from a technical standpoint.

When the update is live, resolution will be increased to 1280×720 in handheld mode and 1366×768 when docked. The developer has also improved graphics quality and frame rate stability. Bug fixes are being implemented as well.

Unbox: Newbie’s Adventure’s patch is currently in the testing phase. If all goes well, it will be ready by Christmas.

Milanoir, an upcoming game that takes inspiration from Italian crime flicks of the ’70s, is on its way to Switch.

Milanoir is an action game. You’ll play as Piero, who was wrongfully put in jail and framed for a crime he didn’t comitt. The game involves seeking revenge and finding the truth while also surviving against someone who wants you dead.

We’ll be seeing Milanoir on Switch in January 2018. Check out some additional information and a trailer below.
