Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield estimated to have around 1,000 people involved

Unsurprisingly, Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are massive endeavours. There are tons of people involved, ranging from those at Game Freak to staffers working on the project from outsourcing, and even folks from marketing.
Just how big of a production in Pokemon Sword/Shield? Director Shigeru Ohmori estimates that there are around 1,000 people involved in total.

Smash Bros. Ultimate’s latest tournament focuses on spirits

Nintendo has announced the next tournament event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This time around, the theme is based around using spirits.
The tournament kicks off on October 4. Expect it to last for three days, which is pretty much the norm.
Mary Skelter 2 getting a physical release

Mary Skelter 2 will have a physical release courtesy of Limited Run Games, Idea Factory has announced. Pre-orders open on November 26.
Both the physical and digital versions of Mary Skelter 2 include all original content from the Japanese release. For those who want to buy the game immediately, it will be out on the eShop as of October 22. Pre-purchase will be live on October 15 at a 20 percent discount, leading into launch for another week.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled reveals new Grand Prix events

Activision and Beenox are still churning out new content for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. Three more Grand Prix events are in the pipeline: Spooky Grand Prix, Neon Circus Grand Prix, and Winter Festival Grand Prix.
New tracks, characters, items, and challenges are planned. Specifics, including release dates, have not yet been announced.

Terminator T-800 will initially be available through the Kombat Pack on October 8. Those who want to purchase the character individually can do so at a later date.
