To close out yesterday’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct, director Masahiro Sakurai gave fans a first look at Adventure Mode: World of Light. The opening video shows characters from the roster getting hit with a beam, losing their bodies, and transforming into spirits. Some sort of powerful being is behind it all, but most of the details won’t be known until launch. However, we do at least have one small tidbit.

Over on the official Smash Bros. Ultimate website, Nintendo reveals the name of the main antagonist. We know that some folks can be a bit sensitive to spoilers, so we’ll put that information after the break.

Nintendo brought along an updated demo build for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate to FICOMIC in Barcelona, Spain – complete with the full roster. We’ve included a ton of off-screen videos from the show below.

Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists has received a new batch of details and screenshots covering the secrets to town-building. Find the content below, courtesy of Gematsu.

Civilization VI

Civilization VI will feature up to four-player multiplayer on Switch over local wireless. It will not, however, include online support. The functionality was included in the PC version, but will be missing on Switch for an unspecified reason.

Eurogamer reached out to 2K, and the company confirmed that Civilization VI will not be included on Switch. It also seems that there are no plans to add it in later.

Jake Hunter Detective Story: Prism of Eyes

Jake Hunter Detective Story: Prism of Eyes is only available in Japan at present. But could a western release be in the cards as well? A new rating from Korea certainly leaves the door open to the possibility.

The Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea has rated Jake Hunter Detective Story: Prism of Eyes for Switch (and PlayStation 4) under its English name. Since the listing doesn’t use the Japanese franchise name Tantei Saburou Jinguuji, it suggests that the game will be released outside of Japan. As we know, Aksys Games changes Saburou Jinguuji’s name to Jake Hunter.

If we hear anything else surrounding a possible release for Jake Hunter Detective Story: Prism of Eyes, we’ll be sure to let you know.
