If you’re up to a short “game” with a small reward at the end, head on over to the Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze website. My Nintendo members can earn 100 Platinum Points by finding the letters K-O-N-G. Once you’ve collected them all, the points will automatically be added to your account.

UK sales for April 2018

New sales data is in from the UK for the month of April 2018.
One Switch release you won’t see here is Nintendo Labo. The Variety Kit debuted at #26 whereas the Robot Kit was not in the top 50.
That being said, Nintendo is represented in the top ten. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Mario Odyssey both appears on this month’s chart.

Runner3 dev details the game’s cameos, no DLC or in-game purchases

Charles Martinet – as the game’s narrator – won’t be the only cameo appearance in Runner3. Developer Choice Provisions discussed some of the bonus characters included in the game through a blog post published this week.
Other characters like Shovel Knight and Eddie Riggs from Brutal Legend will be available. You can unlock them normally by completing Hero Quests – there is no DLC or in-game purchases.

Touhou Genso Kikou: Lost Alchemy, new Touhou Genso Wanderer game coming to Switch

There’s been a bunch of Touhou-related news for Switch this week, and the announcements continue today.
First up is Touhou Genso Kikou: Lost Alchemy, developed by Cubetype. The action RPG will be playable at Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai 2018 on May 6.
Also in development is a new title in the Touhou Genso Wanderer series by Aqua Style, to be announced during the LiveWanderer Ver2.00 concert on May 5. We should have more details very soon.
Maihana Soumakyou announced for Switch

A Switch version of Maihana Soumakyou is in development, Souvenir Circ. has revealed. It’ll be featured at Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai 2018 on May 6.
Maihana Soumakyou came to PlayStation 4 earlier this year. The shoot ’em up features “Uniting Barrage Action”, and was improved over the original PC version. Along with tutorial and practice modes, Souvenir Circ. added full HD visuals, an extra playable character and boss, more scenario, voices, and more.
