Nintendo has published an official announcement recapping all of today’s news from the December 2021 Indie World Showcase. It covers games confirmed for Switch for the first time, new releases, and more.

River City Girls 2

River City Girls 2 appeared during today’s Indie World Showcase with a new trailer. Additionally, developer WayForward provided an update release window of Summer 2022.

Aliisha: The Oblivion of the Twin Goddesses

PQube and Underscore have announced Aliisha: The Oblivion of the Twin Goddesses, a puzzle-adventure title. It will launch for Switch in Spring 2022.

Here’s some information about the project:

Sabotage has provided an update on Sea of Stars, its upcoming RPG set in the same universe as The Messenger. The game has now been officially announced for Switch where it will launch in Holiday 2022.

Indie World December 2021 live stream

The December 2021 Indie World Showcase is almost here, and we’ve set up a live stream so that you can watch the event as it happens.

The event, which was just announced yesterday, is estimated to be about 20 minutes of long. Expect the latest news on games we’ve heard about previously as well as brand new titles. It’s hard to say what exactly will show up here, but expect lots and lots of indies.

Yomawari 3

Nippon Ichi Software today unveiled Yomawari 3, the latest entry in the survival horror series. Switch will be getting the game in Japan on April 21, 2022.

Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars

Compile Heart is bringing the action RPG Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars to Switch, according to the latest issue of Famitsu. This follows the game’s original appearance on PlayStation 4.

For the Switch version, Compile Heart is adding new content. Fans can expect “Extremely Hard Mode” and “Mushy Mushy Mode”, eight costumes that were initially offered as DLC on PS4, and new sub events.

Deluxe Games is bringing interactive English language conversation learning game Betia Pera Pera English Adventure to the Switch this spring in Japan. The game will be launching both physically and via the eShop. Check out the details below, as rounded up by Gematsu:

In the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, Koei Tecmo revealed that the next entry in their popular thoroughbred horse racing simulation game series will be arriving on Switch April 14, 2022 in Japan.
