Evil Dead: The Game

Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games are delaying the launch of Evil Dead: The Game. It’s now planned for February 2022, the companies announced today.

The team intends to use the extra time to include a single-player option “that will let you enjoy the game when you are without your co-op compadres.”

The official statement regarding the delay reads:

Spelunker HD Deluxe

Spelunker HD Deluxe is about to make its debut outside of Japan. The game will release on August 6 in North America and Europe, ININ Games and Tozai announced today.

Nintendo Switch

Today’s financial report from Nintendo has brought along a couple of notable sales milestones.

First up, Switch has shipped more than 89 million units, which means it’s now the seventh best-selling console of all time. It has outsold the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, which ended their runs at 87.4 million and 86 million units respectively.

Nintendo also reached the mark of having sold over 800 million pieces of consoles / handhelds. This includes standalone devices such as Switch, Wii, and DS, but not the likes of Game & Watch and plug & play retro consoles.

My Hero Academia Hitoshi Shinso

My Hero One’s Justice 2 is getting a second season pass, and now we know which character from the new round of DLC will be offered first. According to the latest issue of Weekly Jump, Hitoshi Shinso is joining the roster.

The magazine also notes that players will be able to claim costumes from the My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission film for a limited time.

Also confirmed by Weekly Jump is that a demo for My Hero One’s Justice 2 will be released soon. Players can experience the game’s story mode, and items can be transferred to the full version.
