Aonuma offers up a different reason for Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s delay, more

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild wasn’t originally supposed to come out next year. Nintendo had a target year of 2015 set in mind, but that was pushed back last March. It was delayed once more following an announcement this past April, when Nintendo also confirmed an NX version.
Shigeru Miyamoto and Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma both spoke about the reason to delay Breath of the Wild at E3 last month. The main thing we heard about was difficulty in implementing the physics engine. That’s still true, but while talking with EDGE, Aonuma also discussed how development itself ran into some issues.
He explained:

Final Splatfest: Callie and Marie promo videos

Tumblestone dev explains the price, will bring all future games to Nintendo consoles

Tumblestone may seem a bit pricey. The game normally costs $24.99, though you can get it for $22.49 on the Wii U eShop currently. A retail version is also coming soon.
The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild was asked during a Reddit AMA how the price was determined. Regarding this, the studio explained:

Warner Bros. and TT Games are readying a bunch of expansion packs for LEGO Dimensions. One of these is based on the upcoming film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. In a new Argos catalog, we’re able to see what’s included.
The Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them pack will feature a Newt Scamander minifigure, Niffler animal, and a fresh LEGO desktop theme for your portal based upon MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America). Buyers will also receive access to six new levels, a fresh open-world, and a multiplayer battle arena.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions devs #FE share some deep messages about the RPG

The Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Special Edition contains several goodies. Probably the neatest of the bunch is an art book. Towards the end, you’ll find messages from three of the project’s most important developers: chief director/game designer Wataru Hirata, director Eiji Ishida, and producer Shinjiro Takata.
After going through the book, I thought it’d be worthwhile to share those messages here since each one is quite interesting (and lengthy!). Hirata’s note hits close to home in particular, as he thanks late Nintendo president Satoru Iwata – who passed away just a little over a year ago.
