Pokken Tournament will be impacted by three hours of maintenance on Wednesday (Thursday for folks in Europe). The downtime is expected to impact all network services for the fighter.

Here’s when the maintenance period is taking place:

– 6 PM PT (Wednesday) – 9 PM PT (Wednesday)
– 9 PM ET (Wednesday) – 12 AM ET (Thursday)
– 2 AM in the UK (Thursday) – 5 AM in the UK (Thursday)
– 3 AM in Europe (Thursday) – 6 AM in Europe (Thursday)

Five Nights at Freddy’s creator Scott Cawthon has been in talks with companies about bringing the franchise to consoles. One fan raised the possibility of a Wii U port, which Cawthon essentially ruled out. He’s not too sure that the console will still “be a thing” by the time Five Nights at Freddy’s ends up on consoles.

Nintendo’s next system, the NX, is due out next March. Perhaps Cawthon will consider the series for that platform instead?

Today, Nintendo announced that it is partnering with Mojang and Microsoft on a special Super Mario series collaboration with Minecraft.

The “Super Mario Mash-Up Pack” will be available for free starting on May 17. This will add new 40 skins, a Super Mario-themed pre-made world, and a set of Super Mario-themed music and item textures. It’s all inspired by various entries in the Super Mario series, including Super Mario World, Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine.
The retail version of Minecraft: Wii U Edition has also been dated. It’ll be out on June 16 for $29.99.

Nintendo has updated its maintenance schedule for the week. As of now, this will impact Wii U and 3DS’ online features (online play, rankings, etc.).

It’ll all begin later today with the following maintenance:

– 4:30 PM PT – 8 PM PT
– 7:30 PM ET – 11 PM ET
– 12:30 AM in the UK – 4 AM in the UK
– 1:30 AM in Europe – 5 AM in Europe

As a reminder, the following Wii U and 3DS maintenance is also happening tomorrow:

– 4 AM PT – 8 AM PT
– 7 AM ET – 11 AM ET
– 12 PM in the UK – 4 PM in the UK
– 1 PM in Europe – 5 PM in Europe

And it’ll end later this week with the following maintenance:

– 10 PM PT (Tuesday) – 1 AM PT (Wednesday)
– 1 AM ET – 4 AM ET (Wednesday)
– 6 AM in the UK (Wednesday) – 9 AM in the UK (Wednesday)
