Xenoblade Chronicles X is the first HD game from Monolith Soft. As such, executive producer Tetsuya Takahashi says the game is laying the groundwork for Monolith’s HD development “so as to not overreach ourselves and cause problems.”
Takahashi told EDGE this month:
“Xenoblade Chronicles X is the first HD project for Monolith Soft, so instead of setting a number of hard-to-achieve targets, we are working on steadily building up key skills. Our goal with this game is first to lay the groundwork for [our] HD game development, so as to not overreach ourselves and cause problems.”

Penguins of Madagascar game officially announced
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News, Wii, Wii U | 2 Comments
We’ve seen listings on retailers over the past few weeks, but Little Orbit and Bandai Namco have made the Penguins of Madagascar game official. It’s due out for Wii U, Wii, and 3DS on November 28.
Below is an official overview:
The four web-footed operatives, Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private, uncover a nefarious plot by the evil octopus, Dave (Dr.Octavious Brine) to destroy the penguin world as we know it. Players will travel to top-secret locales and embark on covert missions to thwart Dave’s evil plans.
Players will be able to play as the four penguins and instantly swap between them depending on the situation encountered. For example, Rico, a demolitions expert, loves to blow things to smithereens while Skipper can dish out his stun slap to give enemy octopi high-powered smackdowns! Players can solve puzzles by choosing the penguin whose natural skills are best suited for the task.
Screenshots from the Penguins of Madagascar game can be found above.
