Nintendo has announced that spirits from Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Splatoon 3, and Pikmin 4 are all set to join Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. They will all go live on January 11, 2024 lasting for five days in total. Expect to see the likes of Rauru, Noah and Mio, Deep Cut, and more. Defeat these spirits to earn more gold than usual.

Nintendo announced last month that a new spirit event was on the way, which came as a bit of a surprise. No new content had been added to the same in quite some time. Sora was the last major additional as the final DLC fighter in October 2021.

Our coverage of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s Legendary Pokemon continues with a Lunala location guide, including its exact location on Paldea’s map and how to spawn it via the Indigo Disk DLC.

Lunala and its counterpart Solgaleo are part of a pair of Legendary Pokemon that first debuted in Sun and Moon back in 2017. Though Cosmog is not natively available in this game, you can transfer it in from Pokemon Home. In that case, Cosmog evolves from Cosmoeom into Solgaleo in Pokemon Scarlet, while in Pokemon Violet it evolves from Cosmoem into Lunala instead.

According to a report from GamesIndustry, Nintendo has been exploring partnerships with new studios that will make games based on its IPs.

This in itself is nothing new. Nintendo’s partnerships with third-parties have been ongoing for many years such as MercurySteam taking on 2D Metroid, WayForward handling the Advance Wars remakes for Switch, and even lending the Zelda IP to Brace Yourself Games for Cadence of Hyrule. However, GamesIndustry reports that three studios are now “deep in conversation around making games based on Nintendo brands.”
