Nightdive Studios has a knack for bringing back classic titles. It’s now been revealed that Strife, a first-person shooter RPG from 1996, is coming to Switch. The title will be released as Strife: Veteran Edition.

Nintendo will officially release Switch in Brazil on September 18, it’s been announced. However, the system will come at quite the cost. In Brazil, Switch will set buyers back R$2999, which amounts to about $560.

Switch will be sold with both the gray and neon versions. It will be released together with the Pro Controller and separate Joy-Con, available in two bundles with red/blue neon and pink/green neon options.

Next week, Walmart will be selling a new Nintendo bundle. The Switch Pro Controller will come with a copy of Super Mario Odyssey. However, keep in mind that the game will be a download code.

It’ll be a few more days until RPG Maker MV arrives on Switch in the west, but we have footage of the English build now. Check out the gameplay below.

Square Enix has shared a message from Araki Ryoma, the director of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition.

The game experienced significant online play issues at launch, which apparently happened due to servers exceeding their capacity. Maintenance on August 29 “has led to comparatively stable running thereafter.”

Ryoma has also shared details on update plans. A couple of issues will be addressed soon and the host for online sessions will be able to skip boss introduction cut scenes and myrrh drop scenes.

Walmart will be providing a special gift when consumers purchase Super Mario 3D All-Stars. You’ll be given an exclusive sticker set, which we have pictured above. While other retailers in North America haven’t shown any bonuses, we’ll keep an eye out for additional goodies.

9 Monkeys of Shaolin won’t be arriving until October, but there’s an opportunity to try out the game early. A demo has started to appear on the Switch eShop.

We’ve only been able to locate it in PAL regions thus far, though it should be offered in other regions soon, including North America. In the meantime, if you create a Nintendo Account in a region like the UK, you should be able to download the demo without any issues. Switch being region free certainly comes in handy.
