Horace, an acclaimed story-driven platformer, will soon be appearing on Switch. 505 Games and Paul Helman have announced that the game will launch digitally on October 21.

The rollout of content continues for Overcooked 2, as Team17 and Ghost Town Games today revealed a free Moon Harvest Festival update. The patch “sees Kevin the Dog and The Onion King welcome in the autumn/fall season with three varieties of mooncakes – the traditional dessert for the celebrations – on the menu, along with five new levels in which to cook up chaos, and the introduction of hazardous lily pads that can barely hold a chef’s weight.”

Today’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate presentation will be beginning soon. Nintendo will be revealing the next DLC fighter for the game, which will be followed by a brief message from director Masakurai Sakurai. The whole thing should take about three minutes.

A few months ago, Nintendo filed several lawsuits in response to individuals and businesses selling services that were able to modify Switch consoles to be able to pirate software, including Team-Xecuter. The first of those lawsuits, filed against Tom Dilts Jr., who ran UberChips, has ended in Nintendo’s favor. Both parties have decided that Nintendo will be awarded $2 million, and Tom Dilts Jr. is prohibited from selling any “Circumvention devices”. The full statement is as follows:
Super Mario Bros. 35 launches today for Nintendo Switch Online members, and in celebration, Nintendo has announced that a Special Battle event will take place. During this event, players will compete in limited courses from Worlds 1 and 2.
This event has been revealed for the UK an Europe at the following times:
UK: Event starts October 1 at 8am BST, ends on October 10 at 7:59am BST.
Europe: Event starts October 1 at 9am CEST, ends on October 10 at 8:59am CEST.
