The puzzle-adventure game 7th Sector released on Switch earlier this week on the eShop. We have the game’s launch trailer below.

The Wonderful 101: Remastered has reached another milestone on Kickstarter. Fans have helped raise $1.5 million, meaning the “Luka’s First Mission” stretch goal has been reached. PlatinumGames hasn’t shared too many details, but we know that it will be a “brand new 2D side-scrolling adventure starring a young hero”.

The Wonderful 101: Remastered will also have a Time Attack mode after it previously reached $1 million. If the campaign hits $1.75 million, there will be a remixed soundtrack “featuring a secret special guest”. There will also be “Luka’s Second Mission” at $2 million.

In this week’s issue of Famitsu, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai wrote up his latest column in the Japanese magazine. Many of his pieces as of late haven’t been related to the Switch game, but seeing as Byleth has now been added, he felt he should publish a few words on the character’s creation.

We published a brief summary of Sakurai’s column a few days ago. Now, however, we have a full translation – which does include some quick mentions of Smash Bros. having too many Fire Emblem characters and sword-users.

A substantial pre-order bonus has been revealed for Metro Redux on Switch. By reserving the game, players will receive access to the Ranger Cache Pre-order Pack.

The pack comes with a host of physical goodies. It includes a double sided alternate inlay, game case sleeve, pin badge set, double sided art cards, and one A2 double-sided poster.

You can pre-order Metro Redux for Switch on GameStop. It’s also up on Amazon without the bonus, so it’s unclear if this will be a GameStop-exclusive.

Thanks to Jake for the tip.

During the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Finals today, new features were unveiled for the fighting game.

One of the upcoming elements players can expect is the “Z Assist Select” system. Producer Tomoko Hiroki explained that it will be possible to choose three Assist Attacks for a character, allowing for “new ways to connect combos and build strategies, giving users a broader way to enjoy fights.”

Hiroki also touched on other changes. Another feature is in the works that will “prevent one sided games caused by specific powerful attacks and combinations as well as adjustments that give users a chance to turn the tables, even if they only have one character left.” That’s on top of an updated UI as well.

Here’s the full rundown from Hiroki:
