Publisher Degica and developers Pyramid and G-Mode have announced Hero Must Die – Again, an anti-RPG. The game’s release is scheduled for Spring 2020.

The Game Awards 2019 are almost here. Look for the pre-show to start at 5:30 PM PT / 8:30 PM ET / 1:30 AM in the UK / 2:30 AM in Europe, with the main event beginning 30 minutes later.

Tying in with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Fortnite has added a new set of skins related to the movie. Heroes Rey and Finn, along with the First Order’s new crimson Sith Stormtrooper, can be found in the Item Shop.
The Star Wars promotion doesn’t end there for Fortnite. On December 14, an exclusive scene from The Rise of Skywalker will air in-game starting at 2 PM ET.
Telltale Batman Shadows Edition is coming to Switch, a now-deleted post from Athlon Games reveals. An official announcement is expected soon.
Telltale Batman Shadows Edition includes Batman: The Telltale Series base game and new DLC, which seems to involve “a noir-style visual makeover and graphical upgrade”. Those who have previously purchased the base game can obtain the new DLC for $4.99.

Continuing the trend over the past few months, Switch was again the best-selling hardware platform in the United States for November. It also remains the best-selling platform of 2019.
Hardware spending for the industry as a whole has been decreasing over the past year. Having said that, Switch is showing year-to-date hardware sales growth.

According to the latest NPD report, Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield saw the highest launch month dollar sales of any Pokemon release in U.S. history. The previous launch month high was set by Pokemon Sun/Moon.
In the U.S. last month, Pokemon Sword was the third best-selling game. Pokemon Sword/Shield Double Pack came in at #4, followed by Pokemon Shield at #5. Combining the SKUs would put Pokemon Sword/Shield at #2 overall for November.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was already confirmed to be the best-selling fighting game of all time as far as worldwide sales go. The Switch game had reported sales of 15.71 million, surpassing Street Fighter II’s total of 15.5 million.
Smash Bros. Ultimate has also now reached a similar milestone specifically in the United States. As revealed by the latest NPD sales data, it has become the best-selling fighting game of all time in the country. Super Smash Bros. Brawl previously held that title.
