Nintendo has updated the Japanese release schedule on its platforms for the week of May 30. Here’s a look at the upcoming digital download schedule:
With NPD reporting its latest sales results from the United States in April, Nintendo is taking home more good news. Switch was once again the best-selling hardware platform as well as year-to-date. That’s in terms of both unit and dollar sales.
The Switch 32GB system with Neon Red/Blue Joy-Con is the best-selling individual hardware item of 2019. Although year-to-date hardware spending has declined 16 percent versus year ago across the industry to $918 million, Nintendo’s console continues to perform well.
Earlier today, Konami announced that Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution is heading west on August 20. Amazon is now taking pre-orders for the game here.
As previously mentioned, three physical cards are included with every purchase. They include Progleo, the Cyberse Monster Micro Coder, and the Spell Card Cynet Codec.
The Guacamelee! One-Two Punch Collection, a physical package of the series’ two games, has been delayed. It will now launch on August 6.
To make up for the delay, there will be a bit of a bonus. All DLC for both games will be included as part of the purchase, Leadman Games has confirmed.
Chime Sharp is making its way to Switch next week, according to a listing on the eShop. The music puzzle game is set for release on May 28.
Here’s an official overview, along with a trailer:
Despite releasing over a year ago, A Robot Named Fight is still getting new content. Another update due out this week will add new items and synergies, improved map generation, and new content for existing areas.
Here’s the full rundown:
Naps Team is currently developing Baldo, a Zelda-inspired action-action game with a cel-shaded art style. It’s in development for Switch and other platforms.
Aside from the trailer below, information is hard to come by. We do know that the action is top-down, but the backgrounds are fully 3D.
Baldo is currently without a release date. We’ll bring you more information when we have it.
