Circle Entertainment and developer yeo have confirmed that The friends of Ringo Ishikawa is slated for worldwide release on the Switch eShop next week. Its launch is currently scheduled for April 4.

Here’s an overview and trailer for the game, which features a mix of “stylish pixel-based visuals, beat ’em up action, surprising gameplay and imaginative storytelling”:

SEGA and Sumo Digital have unveiled a new map for Team Sonic Racing. As the name implies, the Haunted Castle track features a ghoulish setting that “is sure to send chills down your spine as you encounter the mysterious ghosts haunting the halls”.

Cyber Shadow, which was just announced for Switch yesterday, is playable at PAX East 2019 this week. Check out some footage below.

Following its release on Steam, Digerati and developer Loren Lemcke are putting the retro charm and pixelated violence of Super Blood Hockey on consoles. The arcade sports action title will launch for Switch sometime in April.

New to the console release is a Franchise Mode “that puts players in the shoes of a corrupt coach as they recruit players from prison, utilize performance-enhancing drugs, pull the plug on injured teammates, and use other underhanded tactics to succeed.”

The critically acclaimed single-player adventure title Hob is coming to Switch, Perfect World Entertainment has announced. Panic Button is working on the new version under the name Hob: The Definitive Edition.

Originally developed by Runic Games, Hob: The Definitive Edition will feature improved controls and game features. Panic Button has implemented HD Rumble and touch screen support plus more.

Household Games announced today that the defensive brawler Way of the Passive Fist is coming to Switch. A release is planned for April 11, and you’ll be able to purchase the game on the eShop.

Way of the Passive Fist has players parrying, dodging, and reversing attacks to stay alive in a post-apocalyptic wasteland where exhaustion equals death. Continue on below for some additional details and a trailer.

Closing out today’s announcements from Microids, the company has revealed that Fort Boyard is coming to Switch. The party title is slated for June.

Microids is developing a game based on the Swiss comic series Titeuf, the company announced today.

Only a couple of tidbits have been shared thus far. According to Microids, over 50 mini-games will be included with support for up to four players.

Titeuf: The Game launches on Switch in Q4 2019.

Blacksad: Under the Skin has a slightly more concrete release date. Microids, in partnership with developers Pendulo Studios and YS Interactive, have announced that the game is launching in September.

We have a new set of screenshots from Blacksad: Under the Skin below. The images show “some of the characters from this exclusive story, a few streets in New York where the action take place and, of course, new sketches of John Blacksad”.
