Another new Fire Emblem Heroes update is now available today with a new summoning focus. This focus is based around heroes with Death Blow. The characters in the focus are Effie, Hawkeye and Klein, they will be available until October 3rd. Also daily training tower quests are available for you to reap more rewards.
A Czech retailer has listed Doom to be coming out on December 13th 2017. There is no official word yet if this will be the release date, but we do know Doom is supposed to come out this Holiday season so this very well might be it. A pretty nice Holiday gift. Thanks Barry Dunne for the tip.
As we get closer to the release date we will start to see more and more advertising for Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Here is some promotional poster art as seen from some Japan retailers.
Nintendo spent about $4.5 million in advertising for July, which put them at the #1 position. They aired 14 commercials around 1600 times creating 230.6 million impressions. They were seen on channels like Adult Swim, Cartoon Network and Nick. The TV spot with the biggest budget seems to be the New 2DS XL ad “New, Sleek Look”.
In an interview with DualShockers and RUINER developer Reikon Games, they were asked if there would be any consideration of bringing the game to Switch. The devs responded that they had been some consideration, but “very abstractly”. So it doesn’t seem like it will happen anytime soon, but the possibility is always up there. Layers of Fear: Legacy is heading to Switch, Aspyr Media and Bloober Team have revealed.
Layers of Fear, which first debuted last year, is “a first-person psychedelic horror game with a heavy focus on story and exploration.” You play as a painter whose primary task is to finish his Magnum Opus. In the game, you’ll be exploring “a constantly changing Victorian-era mansion”.
We’re still waiting on the Cave Story+ co-op update in North America. However, it should be live in Europe now. Get a look at some footage of the mode below.
