Psyonix isn’t setting its sights on creating sequels to Rocket League. Rather than turning it into a franchise, the main game will continue to receive updates and released across new generations of hardware.
Jeremy Dunham from Psyonix told Engadget in a new interview:
“We’re not trying to build six Rocket Leagues. We’re not looking forward to when Rocket League 2 and 3 and 4 are coming out. Rocket League is the game we’re gonna keep updating. It’s important to us to keep that going, cross-generation, across multiple platforms without sacrificing anything.”
Rocket League is a similar position as Minecraft. Minecraft itself has been so hugely popular that a sequel hasn’t been necessary, and the game is continually updated and put out on new systems.
TumbleSeed will soon be getting a new “4 Peaks Update”. Among other things, the game’s difficulty will be balanced and new content will be added. Get an early look at the patch below.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is receiving its first round of DLC from the Expansion Pass this week. To celebrate, Nintendo intends to share five new blog posts about the game each day.
Today’s update pertains to the Korok Mask. Director Hidemaro Fujibayashi talks about the new item, and reveals that the Korok Seeds were originally stone objects.

From now until June 30, we plan to update this site daily with information related to DLC Pack 1, which can only be purchased as part of the Expansion Pass. The Master Trials pack includes new armor you can acquire by finding the right chests.

At E3 2017, Warner Bros. hosted official live streams for its LEGO games. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, LEGO Worlds, and LEGO Dimensions were all featured. If you’re interested, you can view recordings for all days below with footage of each game.

The Alliance Alive is now available in Japan. Hours of footage is in from the likes of Famitsu, with their video posted below.
Nintendo probably couldn’t have asked for a better debut for ARMS in Japan. The game sold around 100,000 between June 16 and June 18. As a new IP on a system that’s in its early lifecycle, that’s not bad at all.
Some new information really puts into perspective just how well ARMS did. It had the best debut for an unlicensed fighting game in Japan over the past seven years. ARMS beat out the likes of Street Fighter (more than double the sales of Street Fighter V), BlazBlue, The King of Fighters, and Tekken.
Note that due to the nature of the graph (unlicensed), franchises like Dragon Ball and One Piece aren’t represented. Super Smash Bros. also isn’t here, but the graph mainly isn’t focusing on characters from non-fighting games.
