Pokemon GO may not quite be setting the world on fire like it was a while ago, but the app is still launching in some parts of the world.
According to the Pokemon GO website, players will be able to download Pokemon GO from the iTunes store or Google Play store in Albania, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Macau, Macedonia, and Serbia.
The folks over at GameXplain have uploaded about 30 minutes of Pikmin: New Play Control! footage to their YouTube channel now that it’s launched on Wii U. You can view the video below.
Nintendo has updated their European My Nintendo reward site with 20% discounts for the newest additions to the Nintendo Select line, which includes Mario Party 10, Super Mario 3D World, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and Pikmin 3.
The discount code costs 30 Gold Points, and give you a 20% discount on the title of your choosing which would bring these down from €24.99 or £19.99 to about $20 or £16 each. Also worth noting is that you’ll be getting the 30 Gold Points spent to get the discount back from the purchase of the Nintendo Select title.
Pokemon GO’s initial launch didn’t exactly go smoothly. The game’s servers were completely overwhelmed to start out, leaving many unable to play.
Google Cloud’s Luke Stone wrote up a blog today and included a graph that gives us another look at just how much Pokemon GO smashed through expectations. An estimated target and worst case scenario were considered, but as you can see, both were shattered.

Ubisoft’s Yves Guillemot has been commenting on NX quite a bit over the past couple of weeks, and now we have another statement from the CEO – albeit a brief one. During the company’s annual meeting today, Guillemot said: “Nintendo will be back in the race with the NX”.
Earlier this month, Guillemot mentioned that the new system will be “fantastic”, while also noting that it’s “a new approach, it’s really Nintendo”. He later added Nintendo has learned from mistakes that were made during the Wii U era.
