RPG Maker Fes was recently announced as an upcoming Japanese release for the 3DS. A listing on Amazon Japan has shown that the game will be released on November 24. Details from Famitsu show that the game will let you create your own art assets, but it will also feature many preset assets to make designing easier. Furthermore, there will be a free 3DS app called Maker Player, which will let you play the RPGs that others make without needing to buy the program. There are also several images of the game, which you can view below.
About a year before Zero Time Dilemma came out, Aksys took pre-orders for a limited edition version of the game. The publisher hoped to hook up fans who put in an early reservation with a special watch. But due to watches being damaged in transit, no one has received the bonus item just yet.
Yesterday, Aksys shared an update about the situation Twitter. Replacement watches arrived in the warehouse, and they’ll now be going out to retailers. That means Amazon and GameStop should finally be able to send out the watches very soon.
The official tweet reads:
We've received ZTD watches in our warehouse and we'll be sending these out to our retail partners. They will provide you w/ ship updates.

Just like Lucina, the Palutena amiibo seems to be getting a reprint. Earlier this week, the figure’s official Children’s Product Certificate was updated. A new run of manufacturing was added in for this month (August).
You may want to look out for Palutena coming soon to store shelves once again. There’s no sort of exact date for her return, but the certificate suggests it’ll be sooner rather than later.
