Scandinavian retailer listing appears for Splatoon Wii U bundle, but with Basic Pack
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 13 Comments
We don’t hear much about the Wii U Basic Set/Pack these days. That being said, it looks like Nintendo is still trying to offload some stock that never cleared out.
A Scandinavian listing has popped up for a new Wii U Basic Pack bundle, which comes with a physical copy of Splatoon. This is different than the recently-announced Premium Pack bundle.
Thanks to Andre P for the tip.

Rumor: Nintendo customer service rep says all amiibo will be back on the European market this summer
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, Rumors | 3 Comments
If we’re to assume that a new customer service email from a Nintendo representative is accurate, all amiibo figures will be restocked in Europe this summer. A message sent to one fan states that they’ll be returning this summer “in larger numbers than before.”
Here’s the fully translated email:
We’re sorry for how everything went. Unfortunately you are
not alone with this problem. Nintendo has underestimated the worldwide demand for Amiibo and therefore delivered not enough Amiibo. Our apologies. But we have good news for you. The Amiibo are all back on the market in the summer of 2015 in larger numbers than before. Once again our apologies.Sincerely,
The Nintendo Team
