This week’s Famitsu review scores are as follows:

A few weeks ago, it was announced that a handful of games published by Dangen Entertainment would be receiving major updates. The first of these, a “Forged in Hell” update for strategy action-platformer Smelter, has just been released.

Smelter’s “Forged in Hell” update is adding a couple of different modes to the game, including a Boss Rush mode whihc lets you fight various bosses in quick succession, and an Action mode which does away with the strategy component of the game, instead focusing solely on the action-platforming.

Nippon Ichi Software has just put out a seventh trailer for GrimGrimoire OnceMore, a remaster of the 2007 original GrimGrimoire. This trailer focuses on the game’s third branch of magic, Sorcery. This magic will let you summon imps, demons, dragons and even magic cats that’ll defend you as you progress through the game.

GrimGrimoire OnceMore is a 2D real-time strategy game, in which you take control of protagonist Lillet Blan, a young witch who attends a Magic Academy and becomes stuck in a five-day time loop. You can learn more about this remaster’s new features in the following overview:

Nintendo has decide to share yet another track from the upcoming Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Today’s highlighted track is titled “You Will Know Our Names – Finale”.

Fans of the series might recognize this title that mirrors Xenoblade Chronicles 1’s very own “You Will Know Our Names” track, a song that plays when confronting dangerous enemies named Unique Monsters. It seems this track will fulfill a similar purpose, adding some tension and excitement to those more challenging battles.

Capcom has announced that shipments and digital sales for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak have already surpassed 2 million units globally. This is based on its combined sales for both the Switch and PC versions.

Furthermore, Capcom has also confirmed that the base game, Monster Hunter Rise, has sold over 10 million units globally, a success partially attributed to its series ongoing free updates, PC launch earlier this year and the release of Sunbreak itself. This is following up on prior announcements of the game breaching 8 million units sold in January and 9 million sold in May.

Mario Kart Tour has just received a new update, bringing the game to version 2.14.0. This update is preparing the game for a new upcoming bonus challenge, adding a handful of quality of life features and addressing a few known issues.

Following today’s release of void* tRrLM2(); //Void Terrarium 2 in Japan, the game has received a customary day one update. This update addresses various bugs and issues, but also makes a series of adjustments to the game to make for a smoother gameplay experience.
