Splash Cars

The mobile game Splash Cars is making the transition to consoles, and Eastasiasoft has announced a partnership with Paper Bunker to put the title on Switch. The isometric 3D driving game will be available sometime in Q1 2022.

Beat Souls

Eastasiasoft and ZOO Corporation are bringing Beat Souls to Switch, the two sides announced today. The game, which features action and rhythm elements, is on track for a Q1 2022 launch.

The Dead Tree of Ranchiuna

Publisher Eastasiasoft and developer Tonguç Bodur have announced The Dead Tree of Ranchiuna, “an immersive experience that explores how unfair society can be” featuring light platforming and puzzle elements. Switch will be getting the game on February 2.

Cake Invaders

Cake Invaders, a mixture of shoot ’em up and tower defense gameplay, has been announced for Switch. Publisher Eastasiasoft and developer ZOO Corporation are planning the title for January 26.

Queeny Army

Today, publisher Eastasiasoft and developer Al-link announced Queeny Army for Switch. The side-scrolling action platformer is due out on January 18.

Demoniaca release date

Eastasiasoft will release AKI’s side-scrolling action platformer Demoniaca: Everlasting Night on Switch this week, the company announced today. It will be available on January 13.

Demoniaca: Everlasting Night was first made known for Switch back in October. Eastasiasoft did not share a release window at the time.

far changing tides release date

Publisher Frontier Foundry and developer Okomotive have nailed down a release date for FAR: Changing Tides, their atmospheric vehicle adventure game. It’s now confirmed for a March 1 launch on Switch.

FAR: Changing Tides was announced for Switch last June. It’s a follow-up to FAR: Lone Sails, which came to the platform in 2019.

Infernax release date

Infernax, a demon-slaying action adventure title from publisher The Arcade Crew and developer Berzerk Studio – the team behind Just Shapes & Beats – now has a release date. The two sides confirmed today that it will be available on February 14.

The Gallery

Today, Aviary Studios announced that The Gallery will be releasing on Switch. The live action game will be ready to go this April.

The Gallery, which was filmed over a six week period in February and March of last year, is described as “a thrilling combination of hostage thriller and social drama with a dash of world film festival cinema aesthetic.” It takes place in the time periods of 1981 and 2021, “both of which are of considerable political, social and cultural significance in UK history, cleverly reflected in the nuanced story.” Expect to encounter over 150 decision points.

Pocky & Rocky Reshrined now has a release date – at least in Japan. The game will launch for Switch on April 21 in the region, Natsume Atari has announced.

Today’s news was shared by Japanese magazine Famitsu. This week’s issue will have new coverage on the game, which includes a look at characters drawn by Yoshitoo Asari and new gameplay modes.
