Apogee Entertainment today announced a pair of new games for Switch. First up is Strollart’s Below the Stone, a back-to-the-past hand-drawn roguelike. The second new title is Funder Studios’ Dead Fury, a story-rich zombie survival shooter.

Monolith Soft reported its financial results this week, and it turns out that the Nintendo subsidiary had a fantastic year. For the fiscal period ending March 2021, profit was reported at 1.171 billion yen. That’s by far the highest amount for the company over the past several years.

During the previous fiscal year, Monolith Soft recorded a profit of 491 million yen. That’s an increase of 138.2 percent.

Songs for a Hero: Definitive Edition

There’s another shadowdrop on Switch today in the form of Songs for a Hero: Definitive Edition. Dumativa just released its 2D platformer on the eShop.

Songs for a Hero: Definitive Edition is a 2D platformer, and extra DLC is included. It comes with the Heavy Metal DLC “Songs for the Dead”, the DLC “Skin Pack”, the epilogue of the main campaign and the Samba DLC “Samba for a Hero”.

Thunderful Publishing and Megagon Industries have released a major update for Lonely Mountains: Downhill. It includes Daily Ride Modifiers and more.

Here’s some additional information:

Nintendo has published a new video with LEGO designers Amy Bennet and Benjamin Ma in which they show you the new ways you can play with LEGO Mario and LEGO Luigi. It’s possible to team up with the characters or family and friends, and you’ll earn extra coins when you jump, walk, and stomp at the same time. A new Adventures with Luigi Starter Course is joining the line, along with other products.

Square Enix has shared a new batch of details and screenshots for NEO: The World Ends with You. Today’s update covers the story, characters (specifically Coco, Eiji Oji, Eiru, Ken Doi, and Ryoji), imprinting, side quests, team battles, Pig Noise, and new pins.
