Fire Emblem Hereos is now hosting Bound Hero Battle: Robin & Corrin. Robin: Fell Reincarnation along with Corrin: Wailing Soul are waiting in Special Maps. By taking on Hard through Infernal modes, you can earn Orbs.

Tying in with the Bound Hero Battle, a summoning focus has started. Robin and Corrin are present, along with Celica: Imprisoned Soul.

After Ion Fury hit consoles this week, players quickly noticed a technical issue. Despite the game running at its full frame rate, something about it didn’t seem quite right.

We’ve been getting a lot of news about Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition, and this week in particular. A bunch of footage appeared online that really gave us a good look at how the Switch release is shaping up.

One of the things we heard about recently is that all voice actors have returned for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition. That doesn’t just go for the main game – which was more or less a known factor since the original announcement – but also the brand new Future Connected epilogue.

That’s not the only bit of news we have regarding voice acting. As revealed in a video posted by RogersBase this week, a Nintendo Treehouse rep revealed that Monolith Soft redid the lip syncing. Xenoblade Chronicles is already highly regarded for its voice acting, so this should only make the experience even better.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Kollection

Last week, Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath was announced. The expansion, which includes a new cinematic narrative, additional playable characters, and more.

Those who haven’t picked up Mortal Kombat 11 yet may be interested in the new Aftermath Kollection. This includes all characters, story content and game modes in a single retail package. Pre-orders have opened at retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop), and we have a look at the boxart above.

According to an eShop listing, Playstige Interactive will publish Fluxteria on Switch next week. The 3D arcade space shooter will be offered digitally on Nintendo’s console.

This week, Epic Games unveiled the latest iteration of its highly-used engine. Unreal Engine 5 will be made accessible to developers in 2021, offering all of the latest tools and upgrades pertaining to graphics and more.

Much of the discussion surrounding Unreal Engine 5 thus far has been related to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. And while Switch may not match those two consoles in terms of hardware specs, Nintendo’s console won’t be missing out entirely. Epic Games has officially confirmed that Unreal Engine 5 will be supported on Switch.
