Fire Emblem Heroes’ latest summoning event is live. The characters “who dazzle audiences from onstage” have returned and can be obtained as five-star units.

The event will be up and running until October 19.

La-Mulana 2

As it turns out, La-Mulana 2 won’t be a digital-only title on Switch. Active Gaming Media has confirmed that a physical version will be released in Japan, though only that region is confirmed at present.

Active Gaming Media also says it will offer La-Mulana 2 physically in the west. However, specific platforms have not been confirmed at this time – with Switch a very likely possibility.

Astebreed

Astebreed is coming to Switch, Playism has announced. The game is one of several titles that will be featured at the Tokyo Game Show this week.

Here’s an overview for Astebreed, a new take on arcade shooters:

The sixth fishing tourney is now live in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Tying in with Splatoon 2, players are catching squid and octopuses this time around.

Players can receive different prizes based on the amount and total size of fish given to Chip. One of these is the pink knitted splat hat Chip is wearing.

It’s been awhile since Level-5 shared a new piece of media from Yo-kai Watch 4, but the company remedied that today. A brand new screenshot was added to its Tokyo Game Show website with a new screenshot, attached above.

Yo-kai Watch 4 will be featured at the Tokyo Game Show this week. The event runs between September 20 and September 23.

Splatoon 2 is introducing one last stage in early October. Over on the official Japanese Twitter account, Nintendo calls the level “Mudskipper Tower”.

Original: After initially debuting in March 2017, Super Bomberman R has received continued updates. Konami issued another notable patch for the game today with new content.

Once the latest update is applied, five new Bombers will be added. These include Caesar from Gradius, Alucard from Castlevania, Mimi Bomber, Nyami Bomber, and Upa Bomber. A “Civilians” Grand Prix mode has been added as well.

Despite being available, the Super Bomberman R update hasn’t actually been announced. We’ll bring you the patch notes when Konami shares them.

Nintendo has opened up pre-order for the NES controllers tied in to Nintendo Switch Online. Orders can be placed here.

Note that you’ll need to have an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription in order to be eligible. Furthermore, you must have a paid membership and a Nintendo Account.
