Octopath Traveler

Nintendo has published a new overview launch trailer to celebrate Octopath Traveler’s release on Switch today. View the video below.

A listing for Undertale popped up on Amazon Japan yesterday. In addition to confirming a physical release, the page included a September 15 release date.

That listing has since been updated. We now have the boxart as pictured above. Amazon has also changed the release date to December 31, so it’s unclear if the original September 15 date was incorrect or information that was shared a bit too early.

Pill Bug Interactive has dated its 2D momentum-based shooter Cycle 28 for Switch. The game will launch as a digital download on August 2.

Here’s some additional information and a trailer:

5pb. has dated once of its recently-announced Switch visual novels. Memories Off: Innocent Fille will launch on October 25, the company announced today.

Memories Off: Innocent Fille will cost 7,344 yen physically. It’ll go for 6,480 yen digitally.

Nintendo Classic Mini Famicom Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary Edition

Nintendo Classic Mini Famicom Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary Edition debuted in Japan last Saturday. Thanks to Media Create, we now know how the system performed.

According to the sales tracker, 110,000 units were sold in its first week. Since the reporting period ended on July 8, that means those sales account for only two days.

More new villagers are on the way to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Nintendo shared the image above on Twitter a few minutes ago, teasing the latest additions. This new set of three should be coming to the mobile title within the next couple of days.

The Banner Saga 1 and 2 were previously added to the Switch eShop over the past couple of months. The Banner Saga 3 will follow on July 24.

Today, Gearbox announced that it has partnered with Versus Evil and Stoic to release The Banner Saga Trilogy on Switch. The package bundles all three entries in the series into a single package. It sounds like this will be a physical release, with pre-orders opening soon.

The Banner Saga Trilogy will be available sometime this summer.
