OPUS: Rocket of Whispers was recently announced for Switch in Japan. Flyhigh Works has now confirmed the game for the west as well. It will be published in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Flyhigh Works announced the news via Twitter:


OPUS: Rocket of Whispers is a follow-up to OPUS: The Day We Found Earth, which is currently available on the Switch eShop. The game is “a single-player third-person adventure set in the snowy post-apocalyptic wilderness of an unknown world, far in the future.”

My Time at Portia

With My Time At Portia arriving on Steam Early Access, Team17 has prepared a new trailer for the game. We’ll be seeing it later this year on Switch.

My Time at Portia is a new RPG and crafting sim game. You’ll find yourself in a town on the edge of civilization where you’ll build and expand a workshop, pursue relationships, explore the land, gather resources, battle monsters, farm, cook, and fish.

Koei Tecmo readied some new details and a trailer for Atelier Lydie & Suelle: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting. Today’s update covers battle features, such as the ability to synthesize items during battle. The video also covers a number of the game’s characters.

Lost Sphear is officially available today in the west. To celebrate, Square Enix has released a new trailer. We have the video below.

Make sure to download the day one update for Lost Sphear. It features a number of free upgrades including new equipment and artefacts, a new dungeon, the new Moonlight Battleground mode, and more.

Ojiro Fumoto has joined Nintendo, the developer announced on Twitter. Fumoto created Downwell, a well-received roguelike vertically scrolling shooter with platforming elements.

As Fumoto only just started with Nintendo, he likely hasn’t taken on any projects just yet. However, it’ll be interesting to see what role he has with the company in the future.

Super Mario Run has received another small update. The latest patch upgrades the mobile title to version 3.0.8.

Today’s update makes one small but helpful change for experienced but new Super Mario Run players. For the opening tutorial, Nintendo has added in a “Skip” button. We assume that means you no longer need to go through the tutorial if you’re a seasoned gamer.
