Original (4/15): Yesterday, Atlus announced that Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse is heading to North America this summer. Pre-orders for the game are now starting to go live.

You can reserve Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse on Amazon here. The 20 percent discount isn’t up for Prime members yet, but it should be soon.

We’ll keep you informed as other retailers open up pre-orders.

The Bravely Second Collector’s Edition is available again for purchase at GameStop. You can get an order in here. If it sells out, we’ll update this post.

Two more items have been added to Nintendo’s maintenance schedule for the week. Wii U and 3DS is up first, followed by Super Mario Maker.

A new Mini Mario & Friends amiibo Challenge trailer shows some of the characters included in the game. Watch the video below.

Nintendo will debut an animated short for Star Fox Zero this Wednesday, the company has announced. You can watch it here at the following times:

– 3 PM PT
– 6 PM ET
– 11 PM in the UK
– 12 AM in Europe (Thursday)

Here’s a 30-second teaser:

Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins was made in collaboration with Shigeru Miyamoto, Production I.G. and WIT Studio. It features “the beloved characters from Star Fox Zero.”

After the animated short airs, fans can tune in for a special Nintendo Treehouse: Live featuring Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard.

According to a listing on Nintendo’s European website, Monster Hunter Generations takes up 12,534 blocks. That amounts to 1.56GB.

We’re expecting this size to translate similarly in North America. It may differ slightly (the Japanese version was 12,199 blocks / 1.49GB), but it should be right around 1.5GB.

As mentioned in this week’s European Nintendo Download roundup, Game Freak’s Pocket Card Jockey is getting a demo in Europe this week. The full game is set to arrive next month. On Twitter, Nintendo announced a final release date of May 5.

Nintendo has partnered with SONIC for a new promotion. Those who order a Wacky Pack at a Drive-In between April 19 and June 30 will receive a colorful toy based on Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam.

Five toys in total are up for grabs, and each one plays differently. There’s one shaped like Mario racing across the room on wheels whereas another has Paper Mario and Luigi spinning around like a top. Nintendo has also prepared two toys that resemble the folded-up paper look of the papercraft battles featured in the game.
