Mighty No. 9 – documentary episode 1, file size, soundtrack in Japan

The first episode of Mighty No. 9’s documentary is now online. You can give it a watch below.
We also have the size for Mighty No. 9 on the eShop. The digital version will require 2,954MB of free space.
Lastly, Mighty No. 9 is getting a soundtrack in Japan on July 5 for 4,000 yen. 69 tracks will be included, spread across 2 CDs. A 28 page booklet will also be included. Head past the break for the full soundtrack.

Nintendo UK attended a Monster Hunter Generations community event and spoke to fans about the new beginner friendly Prowler mode and also heard about their tips to help ease newcomers into their first Monster Hunter game. Check out the video below.

Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns is once again featured in Famitsu. Similar to last week, there’s a lot of recap, but some new details as well.
Probably the biggest thing we learn pertains to Inari’s gender. The reason why players of both genders can marry the character is because its gender will change depending on the gender chosen for player. Picking the male player character will result in a female Inarie, and vice versa. Also notice that the male Inari has sharper-looking eyes.

Pokemon Sun/Moon – QR code event distributions to be region locked

This may have been expected, but we now know that QR code event distributions for Pokemon Sun/Moon will be region locked. That information comes from the official site about the Magearna distribution in Japan. It states that the Magearna QR code received from Pokemon Ga-Olé, usable with Sun/Moon, can only be scanned into Japanese versions of the games.

Kamiya: Platinum wants to make Bayonetta 3, has ideas for a new Okami

Metro spoke with Platinum Games co-founder Hideki Kamiya at E3 to talk about Scalebound. However, the interview did bring up some Nintendo-related topics. Specifically, Kamiya touched on both Bayonetta and Okami, and indicated that he’s interested in working further on both franchises.
With Bayonetta, Kamiya said that he and the rest of Platinum “want to make 3.” He later added that he has “ideas” for a new Okami game as well.

Dragon Ball: Fusions New 3DS bundle to come with Famicom game Dragon Ball Z: Kyoushuu! Saiyajin

When Dragon Ball: Fusions hits Japan in August, Bandai Namco will make a New 3DS bundle available. The publisher announced today that units will come with a download code for Dragon Ball Z: Kyoushuu! Saiyajin. This was a Famicom game that originally launched in 1990.

New Zero Time Dilemma video showing the 3DS version

Culdcept Revolt Direct #2 to be held next week

You may recall that a Culdcept Revolt Direct was held for Japan last month. Nintendo has now announced that a second broadcast is set to air on June 22 at the following times:
– 4 AM ET
– 7 AM PT
– 12 PM in the UK
– 1 PM in Europe
