Monster Hunter movie

Monster Hunter movie director Paul W.S. Anderson recently opened up about the film in great detail. Anderson spoke about some of the finer points about the project and its creation.

After a number of Resident Evil movies, Anderson is teaming up with actress Milla Jovovich once again. Jovovich plays the role of a U.S. Army Ranger, who falls through a portal and ends up in the Monster Hunter world. Regarding the character as well as the decision to have her come from our world, Anderson explained:

There’s a bit of additional news stemming from WonHobby Gallery 2020 Autumn. Lyndis, who originates from Fire Emblem, is now getting her own 1/7th scale figure.

Intelligent Systems is involved with production of the figure, but that’s really all that’s been confirmed at present. There’s no word on a release window at this time.

It’s that time once again. Nintendo leaks have sprung up for what feels like the umpteenth time, and it’s possible that there could be big news to follow. If you haven’t been keeping track of the various leaks over the past several months, we suggest visiting this page and this page.

As for today’s leak, reports have surfaced of a full Pokemon Sun and Moon repository coming online dating from 2014 to 2017. There are also files for the RVT-NDEV (a Wii development system) and three zip files labeled as “ios-releases”. We’ll have to wait and see what sort of discoveries can be gleamed, but there are already some interesting Pokemon findings.

We knew that Pearl and Marina would be getting a new Off the Hook figma for Splatoon 2, but it only existed as a prototype prior to today. The final design has now been revealed, which you can see above.

Today’s news comes as part of WonHobby Gallery 2020 Autumn. The same event also gave us a first look at the new Melia figure from Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition and new Nendoroids, including Marnie, Doom Slayer, and Crash Bandicoot.

Melia scale figure

Earlier this year, Good Smile revealed that a new scale figure was in the works for Melia based on her appearance in Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition. She’s now been shown off for the first time as part of WonHobby Gallery 2020 Autumn. Previously, we only had concept art.

Good Smile hasn’t said when the new Melia figure will be releasing. Stay tuned for further updates.

Here’s the full set:

Bayonetta Nendoroid

Update (10/20): Play-Asia has opened pre-orders for the Bayonetta Nendoroid here.

Original (10/16): It’s been awhile, but you may remember that a Nendoroid for Bayonetta was previously announced at Wonder Festival. We then saw a prototype version back in February, though it lacked any sort of color. Now the full figure has been properly shown with the latest update from Good Smile.

The Bayonetta Nendoroid is targeted for release in July 2021. We have a bunch of photos showing off the new figure below.

Here’s the full lineup:

Super Nintendo World

At least for now, Super Nintendo World is largely focused on Mario. The whole park is themed around the franchise, including the attractions themselves. So what’s Pikmin doing in new promotional art that’s now popped up online?

We have a look at the full art piece below. It features the usual cast of characters, including Mario, Luigi, Peach, various enemies, and more. But hidden by Luigi is a single red Pikmin.
