Zelda: Skyward Sword Joy-Con

Alongside the release of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Nintendo will be launching special Switch Joy-Con based on the game. Additional photos of the controller can be found below.


DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power

One of the more unforeseen announcements from today’s Nintendo Direct was DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power. Perhaps even a greater surprise, it’s actually published by Nintendo.

Nintendo has shared a special piece of art for Pyra and Mythra in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, which comes from original character designer Masatsugu Saito. Give it a look above.

SnowRunner

SnowRunner was one of a few new Switch games that was recently rated by Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee. If you needed further evidence that an announcement will be happening soon, it’s now been listed by Belarusian retailers.

Those store listings have provided the Switch boxart for SnowRunner, which we have above. Additionally, according to Gamestore, it will launch on June 12.

Focus Home Interactive and Saber Interactive should be officially announcing the Switch version of SnowRunner soon.

The Last Story

The Last Story recently turned ten years old. Originally, the Wii RPG debuted on January 27, 2011.

Hironobu Sakaguchi, who directed the game and is known for his many years of work on the Final Fantasy series, celebrated the big milestone with a bunch of concept art and other images. Here’s the full set:

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time

Following yesterday’s announcement that Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will be put on new platforms next month, retailers have put up their listings. It’s also given us the boxart above.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is due out for Switch on March 12. Pre-orders are currently open on Amazon and GameStop.

A couple of weeks ago, Nintendo unveiled the new Mario Red & Blue Edition Switch system. Several more photos showing off the device have now surfaced.

New Pokemon Snap

This week’s Famitsu scans are now available. Highlights include Tantei Bokumetsu (the new game from Nippon Ichi Software), Atelier Mysterious Trilogy Deluxe Pack, Bravely Default II, and New Pokemon Snap. Scans of all games can be found below.

The Pokemon Center in Japan has released a new batch of plushies from Pokemon Sword and Shield. The newest additions are for the Galarian versions of Mr. Mime, and its evolution Mr. Rime, as well as Frosmoth. 

These three plush stuffies will start appearing in Pokemon Center stores in Japan starting February 13, 2o21.

 

R-Type Final 2

Retailers have started to share the official Japanese boxart for R-Type Final 2. Get a look at the packaging image above.
